College & career readiness
SGHS college adviser is Jacob Ramirez. He assists students with SAT/ACT registration, college applications, FAFSA/TASFA, scholarships, and etc. He is a wonderful resource in ensuring students are ready for college and career school admissions.
Our fabulous SGHS counselors have created a Go Center. The Go Center is open for students of all grade levels! The purpose of the Go Center is to inspire and encourage students to consider higher education after graduation by creating and promoting a college-going culture to help students and parents better prepare and plan for college. Counselors and staff can help with admissions, financial aid, scholarships, testing, career exploration, and much more!
Please encourage your students to see Mr. Ramirez, our college adviser, in room 102 during ALL lunches.
