The Class of 2026 Prom is scheduled for Saturday, May 2 at South Fork Ranch from 7:00 – 11:00pm.  You must have selected Prom on your senior contract and paid in full by the end of February 2026.

Senior Prom Dance Guest Permission Form:

• If you are bringing a guest to the Senior Prom who is NOT a Sachse student, then you need to complete the Dance Guest Permission Form.  Guests can not be middle school students or over the age of 20.
• You MUST have your guest tickets selected on your senior contract and paid in full with Mrs. Pearce.
• The Dance Guest Form has to be submitted by Friday, April 17 end of day!
• The Dance Guest Form was emailed directly to the Seniors who have requested 2 tickets to Prom on their Senior Contract.  Check your school email.
• See Mrs. Ellis in the Library if you have questions.

Prom Dress Up Days:

• Senior Prom Dress Up Days run from April 27 – May 1. 
  - Monday, April 27:  Dress as your Kindergarten Self
  - Tuesday, April 28:  Dynamic Duo Day
  - Wednesday, April 29:  PJ Day or JERSEY Day
  - Thursday, April 30:  Anything but a Backpack
  - Friday, May 1:  Prom Shirt Day; Leave the other info on there for Prom shirt day. 
   

• Prom Shirt Day is Friday, May 1, 2026! Seniors make shirts for their Prom Group but the shirts MUST be approved beforehand. You may see the updated “Prom Shirt Approval Form” HERE.  Hard copies of the Prom Shirt Approval Form are located in the AP Office, Business Office, Counselor’s Office, Attendance Office, and Library.
• The completed form is due to the AP Office on Thursday, April 2.  No late forms will be accepted. If a shirt students are wearing is different than the shirt that was approved, all students with that shirt will lose the shirt and will not be able to attend Prom 2026.
• See Ms. Ellis in the Student Activities Office (294C) if you have any questions.

End of the Year Dates

The Class of 2026 Senior Field Day is scheduled for Friday, May 15 at Heritage Park from 9:00am – 12:00pm.  You must have selected Senior Field Day on your senior contract and paid in full by the end of February 2026.

Seniors, the district is holding Elementary Grad Walks on Tuesday, May 19 from 8:30am – 10:30am.  Only one day is designated for this event and each elementary school has to have their event between 8:30am – 10:30am.  Walk will last no longer than 30 minutes.  Seniors are responsible for their own transportation to the Elementary Grad Walks.

Senior Yearbook Portraits

Southern Images Photography is the official portrait studio for Sachse High School.  All students who wish to be in our yearbook, must be photographed by Southern Images Photography.  They provide the tuxedo tops, off the shoulder drape, and graduation gowns for our school. 

The deadline to be photographed is September 30, 2025.  Appointment times will fill up fast.  Please make arrangements to get your photo taken.

• All Senior Contracts are due and paid in full by Friday, February 20.  If you need a paper copy, they are outside Rm. 263 or in the Library. 

• Contracts will be turned in to Rm. 263 before school, during advisory, or after school.  Please do not interrupt Mrs. Pearce’s class to try to turn in a contract. 

The Class of 2026 Senior Brunch is scheduled for Sunday, April 26 at Plano Events Center from 11:00am – 1:00pm.  You must have selected Senior Brunch on your senior contract and paid in full for the number of tickets you requested by the end of February 2026.

Mail or drop off checks to Mr. Redd in Room 234 before or after school. Must be marked: Attention Mr. Redd and Class of 2027. Checks are to be made payable to Sachse High School or SHS (Add Student I.D. and Class of 2027 in the memo line).

Purchase a booth spot for $25 to sell YOUR items
•    All profits from sales at your booth are your organization's to keep!
•    You support the Class of '27 with the $25 fee but this is a fundraiser for your organization too - you get all of your profits!
•    Sell anything from clothes, garage sale items, crafts, etc.
•    Shopping will be the same day as the Car Show to increase traffic to your booth
•    Any items remaining can be donated after the sale (drop off in the Senior Lot)
•    All Sachse organizations can participate
