All students enrolled in Band are required to participate in marching band, unless excused by the Band Director due to extenuating circumstances. Marching Band rehearsals begin near the end of July and continue through the fall semester. These rehearsals occur either before or after school. The Marching Band performs at Varsity Football games and competes in marching contests sponsored by the University Interscholastic League (UIL) and other organizations.

Students enrolled in Concert Band compete in contests sponsored by the University Interscholastic League (UIL) and other organizations.
