In addition to the regular, academic classes, Shugart students attend other specialty classes. Those classes include art, music, computer, library and physical education. Our dedicated team of specials' teachers work hard to make sure the students reach their physical fitness and creative goals.
The specials teachers include the following: Deliyamekia Johnson (librarian), Shawn McClure (PE coach), Jarvin Lockett (PE aide), Victoria Lawson (music), and Marcus Wood (CTA). They are welcoming our new art teacher, Sophia Rouse.
Coach McClure welcomes students on the first day of school!
