We love our field trips

We are so excited to be able to offer experiences outside of the classroom to our students. The kindergarten students studied all about mammals. The librarian helped them to use their devices, books from the library and classroom lessons to learn about the mammals, their habitats, offspring and more.  When the unit ended, the kindergarten teachers took the students to the Dallas Zoo. The students got a first hand look at some of the mammals they had been studying. They also enjoyed a picnic style lunch at the zoo with their friends and teachers. It was an exciting trip.
