We think that when when communities work together, it is better for everyone. We are very proud of our connections with the community. Each year, we invite community members to come talk to your students. This year, we would like to focus on small business owners. If we have any parents who might be interested, please contact the librarian.
The department of Family and Community Engagement has partnered with Region 10 to host parent workshops throughout the year with effective parenting strategies, ideas on how to get more involved and information to help your child be successful in school and in life.
Past workshops have included topics such as:
- guide to STAAR
- parent involvement
- motivating children
- teen dating violence
- substance abuse
- anger management
Check out our Parent workshop calendar to find an upcoming class.
Please check out our current campus improvement plan.
We look forward to exploring virtual field trips. Stay tuned for more details.
