Announcing ParentSquare, our new communication platform

We are excited to announce the launch of ParentSquare, a new communication system! ParentSquare creates a single place for all district, campus, and classroom communication.

On August 9, families will receive an email with login instructions for setting up their ParentSquare accounts.

Key Features

Families can access ParentSquare via the online portal or on the app. With ParentSquare, you can:

  • Get all district, campus, and classroom communication via email, text, or app.
  • Easily sign permission slips, send payments, and get important student documents.
  • View the classroom calendar, schedule parent-teacher meetings, and sign up for events.
  • Talk directly with teachers and administrators.
  • Customize language and other details for email, text, and app notifications.

What You Need to Do

  1. Watch for the email: On August 9, you'll receive an email from ParentSquare with instructions for logging into your account.

  2. Activate your account: Select the link in the email to activate your account. You can access ParentSquare from any device by downloading the free mobile app for iOS or Android, or by visiting parentsquare.com on your computer. Once logged in, be sure to confirm your contact information and children's names.

  3. Customize your preferences: Visit your account settings to customize notification preferences, language, and more.

Parents who register for an account can interact by viewing photos, downloading attachments, leaving comments, messaging teachers, signing permission slips, and more.

Note: Those who do not register will still receive text, email, and phone notifications. If you have any questions or need help registering, contact your campus.
