Our Toler porch party is hosted every year on the Thursday before school starts in August to give students, parents, and guardians the opportunity to drop off school supplies, meet teachers and administration, and join our PTA! Our school supplies lists are located in the academics tab of our website.

This year's porch party will be held at Toler Elementary on Thursday August 7th, 2025 from 5:00pm-6:30pm. Student's with last names beginning with letters A-M, will come to the porch party from 5pm-5:45pm. Student's with last names beginning with letters N-Z, will come to the porch party from 5:45-6:30pm. 

PTA holds 2 movie nights per school year. The cost to attend movie night is 5 dollars and this includes a drink, a bag of popcorn, and the movie. Extra concessions will be available for cash purchase the night of the movie. Students need to be picked up promptly at 5:30pm. 

Our first movie night of this school year was a huge success! We are grateful for our parents, staff, and wonderful PTA who made it all possible. We will hold one more movie night this year and the information will be sent out before the event!

The Toler Elementary World's Finest Chocolate Fundraiser is in full swing! In order for your child to participate, the permission form must be signed and returned to their teacher. This sweet fundraiser helps raise money for our school and gives students the opportunity to earn fun prizes! All money is due on the last day of the fundraiser, Wednesday, October 8th, 2025.

Toler Texans say NO to drugs! During Red Ribbon week, our students and staff can dress up during each themed day and learn about the importance of living a drug free lifestyle. This year's Red Ribbon Week is from 10/27-10/31. 

• Monday 10/27- "Lei Off Drugs" Wear a lei and/or Hawaiian clothes.
• Tuesday 10/28- "My TEAM is Drug Free" Wear your favorite team shirt/jersey
• Wednesday 10/29- "We are RED-y to Live a Drug-Free Life" Wear as much red as possible.
• Thursday 10/30- "We Don't FALL For Drugs" Wear your favorite fall clothing. 
• Friday 10/31- "Don't SWEAT Drugs" Wear your favorite school appropriate sweats.

Academic Night is night of family fun where parents and students play math and reading games with our Toler teachers. We will have estimation jars, book giveaways, door prizes, and gift card raffles. The class with the highest attendance will receive free dress for a week. This year's academic night will be held on Tuesday, October 28th from 5:00pm-7:00pm.

Our first book fair of the school year will be held from October 27th, 2025 to October 31st, 2025. Students have the opportunity to visit the book fair during their scheduled library time and during open checkout time. Get a head start on the book fair by visiting our Toler Book Fair Homepage. Each year, our PTA hosts a Valentine's themed sneaker ball. This fun event helps raise money for PTA while students get to show off their favorite sneakers!

Each year, Toler hosts a multicultural night to showcase the many different cultures that our students and staff come from. Students get the opportunity to sample food, hear music, create art, and see traditional dances from around the world. More information will be sent out to students and families when the event is near.

Field day is an all hands on deck event for students in May! It is the final hoorah of the school year and a peek into summer vacation! Our students play games and have fun with their classmates and teachers in various locations on campus! Coach Gooch will provide more information in May.
