I am a proud parent of two GISD graduates and have been a counselor and member of Walnut Glen Academy since 2006.  I appreciate the opportunity to work with our amazing students and families every day, and I look forward to another year of excellence at Walnut Glen!

I am the Administrative Assistant/Secretary to Mr. Ceballos at Walnut Glen Academy for Excellence.  I have worked with GISD since 2015; and have spent my career working with children of all ages. I previously worked for over 10 years as a Director for childcare centers; and coached competitive cheerleading for four years. I am married, and I am a proud parent of three amazing kids: two in college and one graduating this year!  I love to garden, photography, work with animals, and traveling.

I have been with WGA for 8 years. I am married and have 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren. I am a veteran of the US Navy. I was stationed in Hawaii. After my 4 year enlistment I attended nursing school and got my BSN. I worked for 12 years at Baylor Dallas. I worked 6 years in the NICU and 6 years in Emergency Department.

This is my 14th year in Garland ISD. I am a proud graduate of Lakeview Centennial High School, go Patriots! This is my 5th year at Walnut Glen Academy. I was previously an instructional coach here for 4 years. I am excited to be back and help lead the charge of bringing the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme to our illustrious campus!
