District volunteer resources
Last month our AVID program hosted a family night for those students involved in the AVID elective class. Parent night gave the families of our students an opportunity to come into our school and experience what they students are learning. Our AVID program would not be possible without the support from our community and families.
Current Volunteer Needs
If you have the time to volunteer, please consider helping our school with one of the needs below.
Volunteer at a school
Give a helping hand
Want to read to a student, chaperone a field trip or make copies for a busy teacher?
Participate in an organization or committee
Help shape the district
Want to join a booster club, PTA or be part of an advisory committee? We are currently recruiting new members to help support Webb.
Want to help a teacher or make a scholarship possible? Webb AVID students are taking a field trip to UNT in November and would love for you to help send students for no cost. Ms. Villarreal can help answer questions and give you more information.
Give low income students what they need to succeed
Want to help keep students warm in the winter and provide canned goods to families in need? Webb counselors can take things off of your hands and give to any students in need.
