As part of the 2024-25 consolidation plan, Williams Elementary will be relocated to 2232 Parkcrest Drive, home of the current Park Crest campus, and Park Crest will be renamed Williams Elementary.

Since opening in 1954, Williams Elementary has been educating hundreds of Garland's youth. Many former students are now GISD employees.
