Music with Ms. Bedell

Welcome to the Williams music program!  My name is Ms. Bedell, and this will be my sixth year here in GISD!  I'm so excited to teach students about how they are marvelous musicians.  In my classroom everyone is a musician, and we practice ways to develop our musical skills such as reading rhythms, solfege, instrument playing, singing techniques, and dance skills in ways that help us connect to the world around us.  Our goal is to build music literacy and foster a love for music by singing, moving, and playing every day in class.  In music class we show respect and good manners to all people, and care for everyone and everything.  Let's have an awesome year in music!
